Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we experience high volumes of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Where applicable, shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipment method: Australia Post, TNT/FEDEX
Estimated delivery time: 3-5 business days (depending on location)
Shipment cost: Flat rate

Shipment To PO Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
Teralume Industries ships to addresses within Australia and it’s territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Teralume Industries is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Teralume Industries is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order and it was damaged on arrival, please file a claim by contacting the shipment carrier.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy
- We use Australia Post and TNT/FEDEX to ship internationally.
- Shipping is calculated in cart for all international orders.
XGO™ Trays, Canopies and Accessories:
1.1 Delivery: We, by our nominated carrier or otherwise, will deliver the Goods (including where they form part of a vehicle) to you, your agent or nominee, to a carrier, place specified by you or as otherwise agreed in writing.
1.2 We do no accept liability for delay: We will use reasonable efforts to deliver the Goods (including where they form part of a vehicle) to you by the date and to the place or person contemplated by clause 1.1.
1.3 Title: We will retain absolute title over any Goods we supply or procure that are to or do form part of your or another person’s relevant vehicle until we have received payment in full in respect of such Goods and all related Services. We may at any time until payment remove any such Goods from a relevant vehicle.
1.4 Risk: All risks in and concerning your or another person’s relevant vehicle (including for these purposes any modifications or incorporated Goods) while it is situated on, or about, our premises or while under our control or being modified or awaiting any work remain with you. This includes, without limitation, all risk of damage or loss however caused. You must insure the relevant vehicle (including any Goods which form part of a vehicle at any relevant time) against all relevant risks. A failure to do so may cause you or another relevant person material loss.
1.5 Once a product has been purchased and paid for, the ownership changes to you the client (and we consider the order finalised). This is the case even if the item(s) remain on our premises. We are happy to store items on a short term basis if you happen to be unable to accept delivery at a particular time, but please note that we have limited space to store products. We ask that the customer please arrange a pick up of goods within 7 days of sale completion.
