Domestic Shipping Policy

 

Shipment Processing Time

 

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or local and national public holidays.

 

If we experience high volumes of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we may contact you via email or telephone.

 

Product Availability and Back Orders

 

If a product is out of stock, we may notify you and offer the option to place a backorder. Backordered items can have a lead time of up to 8-10 weeks. These timelines are provided as estimates and are subject to change. In the event of further delays, we will keep you informed.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

Shipment method: Australia Post, TNT/FEDEX

Express delivery is only available for orders with Australian delivery addresses.

 

Delivery delays can occasionally occur, especially during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

 

Shipment to PO Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

 

Teralume Industries ships to addresses within Australia and its territories, as well as APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

 

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number should be active within 24 hours of manifest scan.

 

 

 

Authority to Purchase

 

If you are purchasing on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have the authority to do so. This includes purchases made for a business or organization.

 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

 

Teralume Industries is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Damages

 

Teralume Industries is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order and it was damaged on arrival, please file a claim with the shipment carrier immediately.

 

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Delivery

 

We, through our nominated carrier or otherwise, will deliver the Goods (including where they form part of a vehicle) to you, your agent, or nominee, to a carrier, place specified by you, or as otherwise agreed in writing.

 

We Do Not Accept Liability for Delay

 

We will use reasonable efforts to deliver the Goods (including where they form part of a vehicle) by the date and to the place or person specified in clause above. However, we do not accept liability for any delays in delivery, whether caused by our carrier or due to other factors beyond our control.

 

Title

 

We retain absolute title over any Goods we supply or procure that are to or do form part of your or another person’s relevant vehicle until we have received payment in full for such Goods and all related Services. We may, at any time until payment is received, remove any such Goods from the relevant vehicle.

Risk

 

All risks concerning your or another person’s relevant vehicle (including any modifications or incorporated Goods) while it is on our premises, under our control, or being modified, remain with you. This includes, without limitation, all risks of damage or loss, however caused. You must insure the relevant vehicle (including any Goods forming part of the vehicle) against all relevant risks. Failure to do so may result in significant loss for you or another relevant party.

 

Storage of Goods

 

Once a product has been purchased and paid for, ownership transfers to you, the client, and we consider the order finalized. This applies even if the item(s) remain on our premises. We are happy to store items on a short-term basis if you are unable to accept delivery at a particular time, but please note that storage space is limited. We request that you arrange for pickup within 7 days of the sale completion.

 

Customers must notify us of any defects within 36 months of the purchase date to make a valid warranty claim. This warranty is void if the product has been subjected to misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.

A quick and easy solution to light bar fitment for the V2 Platform Rack by Rhino Rack™.  Our mounting system can be adjusted to accommodate different light bar sizes to get the perfect fit. You’re also able to adjust the height of your light bar using the slots on the side of each bracket.

Fits not just our lightbars! If you wanting to mount your lightbar to your rack, all you'll need to ensure is that your lightbar has end mounts and your away!

The Finer Details

Width Adjustable
We get it, not all setups are the same. Our mounting system takes advantage of the Rhino Rack™ channels and allows our mounts to slide across the whole width of the front and rear of the rack to get that perfect fit!

Height Adjustable
Our system allows a multitude of different light bar profiles with the slots on both sides of the bracket. Each setup is different and getting that perfect look if always important.

E-Coated
E-Coated and further powder coated with Du-Pont coatings will keep your mounting system protected against harsh UV and salty environments for years to come!

Ultra Strong
A standard Teralume Industries ethos, everything is over-engineered. 5mm thick brackets and 2 mounting points for each bracket will ensure any lightbar that’s mounted won’t budge!
