The XGO™ ready to run solution is a complete end-to-end build, not a collection of parts. We build some of Australia’s and New Zealand’s most capable touring vehicles, delivered turnkey and ready to travel.
The Ford Ranger Super Duty is the ultimate C-class licence touring platform, offering serious payload, durability and stability for long-distance touring and remote travel, without the size, licensing and operating costs of a small truck. It is built to handle demanding daily use while maintaining comfort, organisation and reliability.
From our lightweight chassis-mount canopy with an integrated power system, to premium 2.5-inch adjustable suspension, ARB frontal protection and a full touring fit-out, every element is selected and integrated to work as one system. This reduces compromises, improves weight distribution, and ensures consistent real-world performance.
Chassis Mount Body
The foundation of the build is the XGO tray and chassis-mount canopy system, designed for strength, weight efficiency and long-term durability in harsh conditions. The layout is configured for practical touring use, with integrated 500mm wide drawer and pantry system, internal and external lighting package, central locking, 60L of water with integrated pressure pump, trundle drawer and side toolboxes. For refrigeration a Bushman fridge keep things cold and integrated all in one power hub is the electrical heart of the system.
300AH Lithium Storage
The electrical system is designed as an integrated power solution to support touring, remote travel and extended off-grid use. All components are installed, protected and wired as a single system for reliability and serviceability. Integrated is 300Ah of lithium battery storage, 40amp DCDC Charger, 40amp AC charger for shore power charging, 40amp solar regulator and 3kw pure sinewave inverter. Our all in one system also will control up to 8 circuits for lighting, fridges, speakers and other accessories along side plenty of fast charger USB and cig sockets.
Wheels, Tyres & Suspension
We've partnered with Comp Shocks 2.5inch Adjustable Remote Res Shocks with Eibach front springs and custom reset rear leaf springs that are rated to handle the weight.
Given the extra weight on the vehicle, good quality suspension that is matched with the vehicle is vital. Teralume co-developed the Comp Shocks with Dan to with a uniquely design front strut that offers 30 percent longer springs to allow for a ultra controlled and comfortable ride.
