Australia’s first end-to-end lifestyle build on the new Ford Ranger Super Duty. Our team is highly experienced in building serious expedition vehicles, from tray and canopy through to suspension, power, storage, lighting and complete vehicle integration.

STANDARD INCLUSIONS IN EVERY BUILD
Water storage, drawers, toolboxes, lighting and hardware are built into the XGO™ platform as standard, never quoted as extras.
INTEGRATED ZONE LIGHTING
On each rear corner is a white and amber work light neatly fitted to provide light on the ground when you need it most. All at the touch of a button.
HEADBOARD WATER TANK AND PUMP
XGO tooled BPA-free drinking water tanks are included, with a 6 L/min Seaflo pressure pump.
CENTRAL LOCKING
Solid state electric whale tail locks are fitted to all main doors as standard, and work when you lock the vehicle.
LOCKABLE UNDER-TRAY TOOLBOXES
Extra storage is available with rear tapered toolboxes. Properly sealed with special washers and automotive quality seals.
REAR TRUNDLE DRAWER
1,100 mm of extra space is neatly concealed under the main floor with a dual locking system. Most people don’t even know it’s there.
HEIGHT ADJUSTABLE DOORS
If you’re fitting roof-mounted accessories, or blessed with being a shorter person, fully height-adjustable doors are standard.
FLUSH FLOOR SYSTEM
All trays and canopies have an integrated flush floor system. No need to build up the floor inside any more.
CHANNEL MOUNTING SYSTEM

AHH, THE “FROM” PRICE
We don’t play the “from” game. Our price is our price, whether you want a tray and canopy or a chassis mount canopy. We don’t charge for extras that really shouldn’t be extra.
A typical quote starts lower, then adds water tank, drawers, toolboxes, lighting, hardware and fitment as extras, finishing at nearly double the advertised price. An XGO build includes all of them in the quoted price.

BEFORE YOU ASK
Why do others offer a “from” price?
A “from” price gets you in the door, then the extras start adding up. That’s not how we do business. We’d rather show you what a properly equipped XGO system actually costs from the start: clear, upfront and without the surprises.
Which build do I need?
That’s exactly what our team is here to work out. We start by understanding what you need the vehicle to do, then work backwards from there. We’ll help you decide what matters, what doesn’t and what will actually add value to your build. No unnecessary extras and no pushing you down the wrong path. Just the right setup for how you’ll use the vehicle. We’re very good at it.
What does the 10-year guarantee cover?
The 10-year guarantee covers the structural integrity of the tray and canopy from the date of fitment. If the structure cracks, fails or breaks due to a structural defect, we’ll cover it. It applies to the structure itself, not coatings, hardware, accessories or general wear and tear.
Will this put me over GVM?
In most cases, a moderate XGO setup won’t put the vehicle over GVM. The bigger consideration is everything else added to the vehicle. A factory tub weighs 140 to 160 kg on most dual cabs and a typical XGO setup adds around 330 kg, so the net increase is smaller than it looks. We look at the complete vehicle build, not just the tray and canopy. Where a build needs more, the answer is an engineered GVM upgrade, certified and plated. Suspension on its own does not change the legal figure.
How long from order to fitment?
Most XGO builds are ready to fit within 3 to 4 weeks of ordering. Timing varies with the vehicle, the build specification and the production schedule, and our team confirms the timeframe before your build is locked in.

Can Active Offroad service my ute as well?
Yes. Active Offroad services 4x4 and passenger vehicles in its fully equipped workshop and does mechanical repairs.

Yes. Say so in the enquiry. Our team quotes and organises the build, books it in with Active Offroad or your closest authorised dealer, or arranges freight to your own fitter.
