BUILT FOR THE Super DutyTRAY, CANOPY OR CHASSIS MOUNT BODY
Teralume Industries designs and engineers XGO™ trays, canopies and chassis mount bodies for the Ford Ranger Super Duty in Brendale, Queensland. The Super Duty’s 4,500 kg GVM takes the full build, and 20 authorised dealers fit it Australia-wide.

That build puts this platform over its GVM. We would spec you a lighter one, or talk to you about an engineered GVM upgrade, certified and plated. We would not sell you this and hope.
Indicative figures. GVM and kerb weight are the factory figures for one cab chassis version of the vehicle, before a tray or body goes on. Weights vary from vehicle to vehicle, so your compliance plate has the final word.

The platform we build for most. It carries the biggest payload allowance of any dual cab we fit, so the full touring fitout still leaves room for you and your gear. The tub comes off, the body goes on, and the reverse camera, park sensors and blind spot monitoring move across in the same fit.

1GVM and payloadShear and dynamic load capacity designed to exceed the vehicle’s factory payload rating.
2SafetyDesigned around occupant and road safety, with secure load retention, controlled weight distribution and structural stability under dynamic loads.
3Fully TIG welded structureBuilt as one complete body, creating a stronger and more rigid structure without relying on rivets, adhesives or bolt-together construction.
4Chassis rail mountingEngineered to spread load through the chassis rails, delivering up to 4.7 times the strength of traditional mounting systems.
5Fully structural subframeA fully engineered frame supports the complete floor and body, reducing flex, movement and fatigue under load.
6Continuous load pathsLoads are spread through the entire structure instead of being concentrated into isolated high-stress points.
7Reinforced high-stress zonesMounting points, corners and load-bearing areas are strengthened to handle repeated vibration, twisting and heavy use.
8Engineered for fatigue resistanceDesigned to withstand years of vibration, chassis movement and repeated loading without compromising structural integrity.
LITHIUM POWER
POWER PLANNEDFROM THE START
One wall-mounted hub carries the battery, the inverter, the charging and the switching, so the canopy floor stays clear. Our in-house auto-electrical team sizes it to the build and fits it. The range runs from the Interface to 460 Ah.
Every body is engineered to the Super Duty, with water, lighting, locking and hardware in the price. Start with the one you need and add the rest later, without drilling a hole.
I’m so happy with my Chassis Mounted Canopy on my Ranger Super Duty and am now looking forward to fitting it out with my touring setup.

Awesome product at a very fair price, recently drove 12 hours to have a canopy fitted to my Teralume tray, decided on a couple accessories to be fitted after I turned up and nothing was a hassle, good service, even better product, would recommend to anyone in a heartbeat.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE times 2. I first went to Teralume in Jan 2024 after months of researching a canopy for my Amarok. First best decision I made. The team was fantastic then with customer service, attention to detail and good old fashioned service. 12 months on after more research and contemplating going to a different touring shop, I reached out to the team about a battery, inverter and the fun stuff to turn the Amarok from a work ute to a touring ute. Second best decision. Laura, Dan and Josh I can not thank you enough, even when things didn’t go to plan you were more than accommodating and are always solution driven even if its at your expense. Quality products, amazing service and all round great people.

STRAIGHT ANSWERS
BEFOREYOU ASK
Six questions Super Duty owners ask first, answered short. For the long version, read before you buy.
Which body suits a Super Duty?
It depends on the job. A tray keeps the deck open for loads that change. A tray and lift-off canopy gives you enclosed storage that can come off later. A chassis mount body is the most integrated: one structure, designed around touring and remote travel. Tell us how you use the vehicle and we’ll spec the one that fits.
Chassis mount body or tray and canopy?
Both can be right. A chassis mount body is one structure with one load path and one set of mounts, so it suits a build that stays as it is. A tray and canopy suits a vehicle whose role still changes, because the canopy lifts off at every corner.
Does a chassis mount body save weight?
Yes. It is around 100 kg lighter like for like, because the tray and the canopy become one structure. That weight goes back into what you carry, and the payload block above works it through build by build.
How do you handle the fuel filler and the factory tech?
Before a hole is drilled. Sensor and camera relocation is planned first, the fuel filler is routed for the body you choose, and every function is confirmed working at handover, so the Super Duty works as it did from the showroom floor.
Can I add the fitout and power later?
Yes. The channel mounting system takes accessories without drilling, and the power hub is planned into the body from the start, so the next layer goes in cleanly whenever you are ready.
Do I need a GVM upgrade for the Super Duty?
No. The Super Duty has a 4,500 kg GVM from the factory, so a full XGO build and your gear sit inside it without an upgrade. The payload block above works it through for each build.
